Internet genealogical services include Ancestry, Family Search, My Heritage, Find My Past, WikiTree and many others. The Internet Special Interest Group intends to review questions about these services and have a dialog on the advantages and features of the services used by members. This complements the features available from computer programs such as Family Tree Maker or RootsMagic that exploit the online databases available from these internet services.
For the June meeting, the SIG will cover developments in Ancestry.com with CAGGNI member Suz Bates. Suz will present a unique lecture to explain how to use the Ancestry.com web site effectively, efficiently and safely.
