Polish Genealogy – Finding their Polish Records

Where do you start your research of your Polish Ancestors? Finding them is a challenge. This presentation simplifies the confusing elements of European research by using logical steps to find their birthplace, find the European documents, and translate them. This material will jump-start your research and help you enjoy your Polish Heritage.

Stephen Szabados is a lecturer and author who has given numerous programs to genealogy groups and libraries. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Steve has authored over fifteen genealogy books and over twenty family histories. He is also a contributing editor for the Polish American Journal and a genealogy volunteer at his local library. He is passionate about sharing his love of family history, and his courses cover the methods he has found success in his twenty years of research experience.
