This lecture demonstrates how to use the Deed Mapper software to plat metes and bounds from your own input as well as from files on their website uploaded by the public.  Attendees will learn techniques for combining different plats on a map to build a community.  An introduction to metes and bounds and land records in general will be provided, along with using Artificial Intelligence to help with this process.
